• You have the possibility to choose from different types of accommodation.
  Please consider, that the hotel venue has a limited number of room capacity, so rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
   

• Due to the limitation of the venue hotel, participants are kindly asked to choose double room.
  Limited number of single room is reserved mainly for invited speakers.
   

• All given prices are in EURO including breakfast, VAT and local taxes.
   

• If you would like to share your room with other participants, the process is the following:
  - one of the participants should require a double / triple room
  - the other participants should require "NO accommodation" when registering

2. Guesthouse Lek-Vár-Lak 

The guesthouse is located directly next to the conference venue.
It has 5 rooms, all of them designed according to a special style, and so they have different feelings: romantic, sailor, retro, African, Indian.

3. Student Hostel

The hostel is located on the edge of Nagybörzsöny, approximately 10-15 minutes by walk from the conference venue. Rooms are available with 2-3 and more beds. Only some of the rooms are equipped with bathroom, the other rooms have a common bathroom, separately for men and women.  

Low-cost hostel rooms are especially reserved for student participants, so we kindly ask them to reserve that type of accommodation.

4. Hotel Szent Adalbert***

The hotel is situated on the slope of the Castle Hill of Esztergom in a wonderful, silent garden. The hotel is located 26 km far away from the conference venue, which takes approximately 30 minutes by car. 

We are going to organize transfer bus every morning and every evening for those conference participants, who choose this accommodation. Minimum headcount for transfer: 15 person

Single room:
1 bed
Equipment: bathroom, colour TV, minibar, telephone and internet connection.
Price: € 36 / room / night

Double room:
2 seperate beds or 2 beds pushed together if required

5. Guesthouse Kőrózsa
 

The guesthouse is situated in the small village of Kemence in a beautiful green surrounding. The hotel is located 19 km far away from the conference venue, which takes approximately 30 minutes by car.

We are going to organize transfer bus every morning and every evening for those conference participants, who choose this accommodation. Minimum headcount for transfer: 15 person

Cancellation policy for accommodation

• Until 20.06.2014 - full refund of the hotel fee paid
• From 21.06.2014 to 20.07.2014 – 50% of the hotel fee paid, will be refunded
• From 21.07.2014 – no refund of the hotel fee

Participants will receive firstly a written confirmation about the requested accommodation details by e-mail, the whole accommodation reservation will be confirmed after receiving the payment of the whole accommodation fee.
